4, 11,18 & 25 November

Serious acting fun - for beginners and Oscar winners!!! with actor, film and theatre director Andrew Wiz Whiston wizfilm.com

Over the four weeks we will be looking at practical techniques an actor can employ to interpret, prepare and perform a scene.

We will incorporate games, music and text. Each class will culminate in short performances.

Developing Character through Improvisation with Robin Fry

2, 9, 16 & 23 December

Robin will explore how to use improvisation techniques to develop characters and build relationships in scenes. Using both short and long form improv exercises, we will experiment with techniques to enable you to breathe life and texture into your characters when performing. These sessions will be interactive and lead to short performances and discussion. Each session is stand alone but will explore the aspects outlined above.

The sessions are suitable for all levels of acting experience and new faces are always very welcome.
